The mandate comes amid an agreement recently made by leaders of the state’s hospitals and the Connecticut Hospital Association. This follows a federal judge in June dismissing a lawsuit filed by more than 100 hospital workers in Texas who sued the Houston Methodist Hospital after they were required to receive the covid-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
