Dacera. According to Reyes, Makati Police only provided them with splices of incidents, saying many footages are missing. “In other words, they could splice edit so you don’t have a complete record,” Reyes said. “Sometimes we wonder why they are not divulging everything on the part of the hotel and Makati police,” he added. ....
