ILOILO CITY, April 13 (PIA) – A total of 199 Probationary Officers successfully completed the four-month training at Camp Peralta Jamindan Capiz. The closing ceremony of the Probationary Officer Training Course (POTC) was held on April 8, 2021 with 3rd Infantry Division Commander, Major General Eric Vinoya as guest of honor and speaker, said 3ID Public Affairs Office chief Major Cenon Pancito III in a press release. Topping the Gumilab Class 58- 2020, which is composed of 60 males and 59 females, is Probationary 2nd Lieutenant Analyn Catalan who obtained a general average rating of of 91.42% in academic module. Catalan is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Barangay Concepcion, Gandara, Samar. ....
