we re really going to notice the difference in the weather this afternoon. that s right. good morning rosemary. nice this afternoon, near 50 degrees in philadelphia. a little warmer to the south and east. looks like a northwest locations will stay put in the 40s. so they re going to be a little cooler to the north and west. we re looking at some clouds this morning and we will see mostly cloudy skies today, much like what we saw yesterday, but that milder air will be here later on this afternoon. and already, we re into the upper 30s. so not feeling that bad. it could be a lot worse for february. 38 right now in philadelphia. 36 in horsham. to the north and west 30 in mt. pocono, 33 in lancaster, 36 in bluebell. and along the shore points looking at the 40s in some spots. 41 at the atlantic city airport and 42 rights now in dover. we are dry right now in terms of radar and we re not expecting any precipitation until late tonight into monday. so by today for 11:00, 45. 47 by
