Founder Trevor Ayling said: “We are so excited to be opening in Christchurch. “After opening our shop in the Westbourne Arcade in December last year, we have been inundated with customers looking for something a little more special to what you can purchase in the supermarkets. “Our award-winning restaurants pride themselves on offering high quality cheese, charcuterie, and wines, and we wanted to bring this to the High Street for our customers to take away.” The company’s second pantry, following the opening of its first store in Westbourne, will boast hundreds of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and the finest of wines sourced from local businesses.
