and maybe 12:30. temperatures in the eat bay are the warmest at the low-to-mid 80 s. mid-60 s to 70 around the bay. only mid-to-upper 60 s along the coast. is the fog causing issues with the commute? it does not appear to be causing issues but if you are headed out of concord, use the low beams. we have a report in san jose of a wrong-way driver at 101 interchange. watch out for that. crews are headed out there. 101 is moving nicely up to the san jose airport. it is nice all the way to the south bay friend. the bay bridge has another problem, a stalled vehicle beyond treasure island. now a look at walnut creek area, you can see into the tunnel toward oakland, it looks like the traffic is running smoothly. eric and kristen? this morning, state safety regulators are restarting their investigation into a fatal accident back in june at the new 49ers stadium construction site. this was another fatal accident there last week. abc7 news reporter, matt keller, is at the site.
san jose. the dense fog advisory is issued for the north by until 11:00. with the fog you want to be careful on the road with lower visibility. you want to use low beams and not the high beams as we take you over to the waldo tunnel. we have an accident, a solo vehicle spunout southbound 101 and the area shaded in orange is an indication of where the fog could affect your commute. to the south, we have another accident in hayward southbound 8 80 blocking one lane. in is a possible fuel spill. kristen and eric? safety regulators are re-opening the investigation into a fatal accident of a worker at the 49ers stadium unconstruction. there was another fatal accident last week. matt keller is at the site in santa clara. osha decided no violation took place when a worker was killed in june. now investigators are rescinding that decision. don white was killed by the couple december weight of an elevator. he was an experienced mechanic for a subcontractor. so russia has reveale
here. there are some delays and the train is not here yet for the 6:00 a.m. san francisco-bound train. this is what caused the problems. the fire was out and the train was evacuated but they had to spend the night taking equipment apart to move the equipment out of the way from the fire. it was a very complex project and took all night. now we can move the train to the yard. we have to clean the rail. this is no damage to the rail. that is the good news. the commute is delayed at three to five minutes on the trains headed into san francisco. there is supposed to be one at 6:00 a.m. and it is now here. as the morning progresses the delays could build. you can see there are a few passengers waiting for the 6:00 train that is still not here. land to have some delays. it will be at least another hour and a half, maybe two hours million they get both tracks up and running. amy, obviously, a bit of a scriptcy in way they are wording the delays. let s check with mike, first. y
lawrence daniels and christopher shepard were hit and killed by a bart train while during on the tracks during the strike. the train was used to teach managers how to drive the trains during the strike. before the meeting three members of the group called for criminal charges in the deaths. the men are not bart workers. they have never worked for bart. they feel very strongly about labor issues. we call for jailing the management. who do we think can jail the management? we have in faith in management policing itself. we have no faith in the courts policing themself. we call for mass meetings of labor, for the whole trade movement to fill up halls, to fill up convention centers, and to turnout the rank and file and have a tribunal against management and halt these butchers hold these butchers responsible. the ntsb is doing an independent investigation. everyone has a lot of questions they want answered. everyone at bart wants to know exactly happened. we are in the mi
