The review of the Police Department began late last summer, prompted by national discussion and concern following the highly publicized murder of George Floyd by a police officer in Minneapolis. Montague police review to be discussed Monday Related stories MONTAGUE A review of the Montague Police Department’s policies and practices that started last year in the wake of a national movement to reconsider the role of police departments has finished, and is set to be publicly discussed starting next week.
