Sources say at least one of the deputies had a history of using excessive force. Last thursday, 31yearold Michael James tyree, a white man transient was found dead in his cell. The sources say the sheriffs investigators became suspicious when the coroner revealed the inmade had died of massive internal bleeding consistent with being beaten.
