SALISBURY, N.C. (WBTV) - The City of Salisbury Communications Director Linda McElroy has been named the recipient of the Chris Coulson Communicator of the Year Award during the North Carolina City & County Communicatorsâ (NC3C) 2021 Excellence in Communications Awards virtual conference on Friday, April 31.
With more than 20 years of experience, McElroy has worked in industries including government, corporate communications, and travel and tourism. She has been employed with the City of Salisbury for five years. In her role, McElroy supervises all aspects of communications for the City of Salisbury, including strategic communications internal and external, media relations, public relations counsel and citizen edu
