Price Chopper Supermarkets’ official Facebook page said Wednesday that the grocery store chain is “now recommending, not requiring, that all of our customers wear face coverings. We are still requiring all of our teammates to wear face coverings at this time.” A spokesperson for Walgreens told NewsChannel 9 on Wednesday that the pharmacy’s New York state locations will allow fully vaccinated customers inside without a mask. Store employees and customers who are not fully vaccinated will continue wearing face coverings.
