利用办理的大量银行卡，一群见不得光的不法分子专门为境外赌博、电信网络诈骗集团提供境内“洗钱”服务，成为犯罪“帮凶”。6月10日，崇川警方雷霆出击，在市区成功摧毁这一“黑灰产”团伙，抓获66名违法犯罪嫌疑人。短短一个月时间，该团伙的账户资金流水高达1亿元。
本月初，崇川警方在工作中获悉，辖区有人使用银行卡为境外赌博和电信网络诈骗团伙进行转账、收款。通过深挖追查，一个以林某为首的“洗钱”团伙逐渐“浮出水面”。林某，今年30多岁，福建人，早年与境外犯罪集团联系密切。警方调查发现，今年5月，林某从福建老家组织一帮亲朋好友来到南通，他们接受境外赌博、电信网络诈骗团伙委托，根据对方要求，利用自己办理的银行卡将团伙赃款打入指定账户，帮助洗钱、转赃。
