Now the 23 decked-out bunnies are migrating back to the Vacaville Museum in hopes of winning the coveted “People’s Choice” crown. The Jack is Back People’s Choice Parade will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 27 outside in the museum’s courtyard, 213 Buck Ave. Event attendees will get a close-up look at the colorful creations, hand-designed by area artists, and choose their favorite.
