Drawing upon experience earned in the pastry kitchens of luxury hotels and independent outlets, Meyer will oversee all pastry operations at the newly reinvented historic property, leading a team in designing dessert offerings for five onsite food-and-beverage outlets, banqueting occasions, in-room dining, and assorted guest amenities.
