in france ongoing anti government protests looks set to harm the economy rallies by the yellow vest movement left destruction in many parts of the country. cafes and stores were looted many closed for fear of violence to the frustration of tourists and locals. we re only in paris for three days so it s such a shame that we couldn t take advantage of that for holiday shopping. i think it s a shame for business owners because they re the ones who pay the price i understand that the yellow vests are angry i can respect that. unfortunately their actions are not responsible given the current economically difficult times. the government says the weeks of protest will cost the french economy around two billion euros this quarter. i think it s very bad news for the french economy very bad news for business owners very bad news for
