International Boxing Association Presidential hopeful Boris van der
Vorst has reiterated his belief that the pivotal Extraordinary
Congress should be staged in Lausanne, dismissing concerns about
obtaining visas and arguing that "we need to be close and open to the"
International Olympic Committee.
