Item five is an ordinance to levy property taxes of taxable property on the following agencies. The city and county of San Francis
Sf card is a new program in california called california for all. It is an Emergency Preparedness campaign aimed at the most vulnerable populations. Some of the comments referenced the need to prepare for everybody in california. San francisco got a grant to work with agencies that serve people with language barriers, social isolation, poverty and other access and functional new challenges, and we are sf card is going to be working with up to 50 local agencies that have the trust of their clients to really make sure that these people are not left out in preparedness events and there are grant funds for those agencies. I have some information about this program if anybody would like to see it. There are a couple ways agencies can participate. I encourage you to grab one of these with the information. Revalue the relationship and the way you link to the members of the community we wouldnt normally be able to connect to. Thank you. Anyone else . Any general Public Comments . Seeing none.
Turnbull in a timely manner, they red tagged my building. It becomes a lien, which means i have to do a construction draw, in general you cannot do. Luckily we had a great relationships with all of our lenders. Maria, who runs the tax credit buying for u. S. Bank, and so she said to me, foley, i would never sign off with a lien on title, but i know youre not doing anything crazy. I gave her all of the documentation. I think the critical issue that is we all have to talk. The community has to talk. Preservation planning has to talk. Planning has to talk. We all have to talk. If we talk, we dont have things like that happen. And luckily we were able to get through it. We were able to get the building renovated. We have a great relationship with historic and preservation. The other interesting story about preservation, im personally focused on, is when you look at the Small Business rules that we have done around legacy businesses, thats really super great. Were required to go for lead goal on this project and meet as many features as possible in the budget. This is an emergency staging site right now. That combined with the fact that we are serving youth is driving us to go for a more robust, seismic performance standard. This shows the landscape. We worked with the trust for public land along side the studio. Playground here. Its anticipated that the ground floor multipurpose room would be largely youth serving. So theres visibility between the multipurpose room as well as the Basketball Court out to the playground. The idea was that the outdoor Basketball Court could also serve as a platform for festivals. There are a lot of festivals at this site currently. There could be movie nights and other things in the future. Here are some precedent images. There are some concrete steps above the court, again allowing for viewing and an informal hanging out space for the older youth. Some benches and we anticipate a mix of some playground struc
