　　关于中国史与世界史学科的会通融合，其实是一个老问题。在经济全球化时代，历史学的大视野观照、长时段把握和问题化导向，必然内在地发出这样的要求。记得2004年的时候，史学前辈李文海先生就曾发表一篇引人注目的文章，题为《打破分割、促进融合》（载《历史教学问题》2004年第5期），他对当时历史学八个二级学科（包括世界史和考古学在内）各自为营的现象，表示出深深的忧虑，并从促进历史学科整体发展的角度，呼吁各二级学科之间理当自觉地进行会通融合。
