　　根据深圳市教育局学前教育处处长王巍在近期的举行的全市学前教育工作会议上透露的数据：2021年上半年，深圳市学前教育呈现出良好的发展局面，全市新增幼儿园44所，新增学位13320个，全市幼儿园招生工作平稳有序开展，有力保障民生。不过，学前教育仍然是教育体系中的薄弱环节，学位压力大、教师流动性大等问题亟待解决。 　　《条例》在多个方面做出明确规定，包括明确公办幼儿园教师应当与公办幼儿园原在编教师实行同岗同酬，幼儿园专职从事特殊教育的保育教育工作人员依法享受特殊教育岗位津贴；规定幼儿园招生原则上实行免试就近入园制度，除健康检查外，招生、编班不得进行任何形式的考试、测评；在教学过程中不得实施小学化教育方式、教授小学教育内容、布置小学教育内容的作业或者组织与小学教育内容相关的考�
