Laurie K. Smith, 54, of Huntingtown, MD passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, in her home lovingly cared for by her family and friends.
Laurie was born in Rochester, NY, to Lynn and Barbara Koepke. After graduating from Gates-Chili High School in 1984, Laurie continued her education at SUNY-Fredonia, and graduated with a Bachelor s Degree in Elementary Education. She completed her education with a Masters Degree in 1993.
Laurie is survived by her children Ryan and Katie Smith, her father, Lynn Koepke and her brother Todd Koepke (Georgia), and their children, Michael, Gracie, Caroline, and Johnny. Laurie also leaves behind countless friends and relatives. ....
