About an hour and a half. Lawyers for Green Party Candidate jill stein, who requested the recount, are arguing that the entire statewide recount be done by hand. The state Elections Commission says that would costly, time consuming, and is unnecessary, and that stein has shown no evidence of any irregularities or tampering. The court now hearing phoned in testimony from witnesses for stein. The first witness inhouse was a Computer Science professor who testified that it is possible for wisconsins Voting Machines to be hacked. The only way to be sure they were secure is to recount by hand, but he also acknowledged hes seen no evidence of any irregularities with the vote. Police said the 14yearold was worse to the hospital and did not survive. The teenager accused of firing is now being charged with manslaughter. This is a very sad situation. Reporter another saturday night and another child shot and killed, the shooter, another teenager. This man tells us the boy the shooter was accidental. We lost a wonderful kid.
