Hyderabad: Justice Hima Kohli was sworn in as Chief Justice of the Telangana High Court here on Thursday. Governer Tamilisai Soundararajan administered the oath at a ceremony in Raj Bhavan where Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, Union minister of state G.
