Ted Harrison, a senior vice president and chief operating officer of Technical and Project Engineering, has elevated to the positions of executive VP and general manager at the Alexandria, Virginia-based government services provider. The retired Army major general will also work with TAPE CEO Louisa Long Jaffe and Chief Growth Officer John Moore to develop strategic proposals and plan growth initiatives.
