A Fermanagh and Omagh councillor has again raised the issue of a night-time humming noise which he claims is causing people to lose sleep, and called on those investigating it to “speak publicly”.
A councillor is calling for free parking at 15 council-owned car parks in Enniskillen and Omagh on the three Saturdays before Christmas, despite opposition from local businesses.
