More than two years after a deal to sell the office building at 200 W. Jackson Blvd. fell apart, the owners of the Loop property are trying again.
A joint venture of Chicago-based White Oak Realty Partners and New York-based Angelo Gordon has hired the Chicago office of Cushman & Wakefield to sell the 29-story tower. The asking price for the 487,000-square-foot building is unclear, but sources familiar with the offering said bids are expected in the range of $150 million.
