question, what would they say if i knocked on their door tonight and ask them how things went today, with they say, things are going well or, things could be going better. that is the connection that is important and as i listen to folks across the district, i hear some common themes. they are argument about having a strong defense, making sure that we support our brief men and women in uniform. making sure that we have a strong economy, making sure that there d are jobs for our children in the future and that is emphasizing career and technical education as much as we do college education. making sure we are taking care of our veterans, making sure they get quality care and making sure it is accessible in every place they live. i want to make sure that government is accountable, assuring that things get done on time, that we do not have these continuing resolutions that congress does those things and my efforts to make sure we have simple reforms like my bill called no budge

a red republican seawall. which is going to be stronger, the wave or wall? in the house of representatives in most not all but most states there are republican friendly boundaries for congress. that s a pretty good sized seawall that would protect republican majorities in mostly states unless the wave was really really big. well, this year the wave looks taller than the wall. so the wall will mitigate some of the republican losses, but won t really won t really erase won t erase them. it is also true to a certain extent state legislative but also towards the end of a decade the district lines, you know, when they are first done, they accurately reflect what they were intended to do, but sometimes they kind of gradually get undone over the course of the year. ::. this is the year where in the house democrats of the tailwind and democrats have a headwind in 2014 it was the other way around. but that is one of the best and most competitive races in the country. but this di
