Mackay police have been busy attending to several recent assaults, a graffiti incident and shop thefts across the region.
Police are appealing for information from the public to help solve these crimes.
Alleged South Mackay assault
Police are calling for witnesses to an alleged assault which reportedly occurred about 8.15pm on May 6 in Shakespeare Street, South Mackay.
They said a man was travelling in a vehicle and had stopped on Shakespeare Street when multiple motorcyclists approached him.
It is further alleged three of the motorcyclists then assaulted the man.
Police want anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who may have relevant dashcam vision, to come forward. ....

Footage has emerged showing a teenager running through a Brisbane street just after a young couple were killed.
Pregnant Kate Leadbetter and her partner Matthew Field were fatally struck in Alexandra Hills on Australia Day while out walking their dogs, wiping out their growing family.
A 17-year-old was later charged with the couple s murder and a raft of driving offences after he allegedly stole a Toyota Land Cruiser that slammed into a truck at speed before rolling into the couple.
The alleged driver from Waterford West in Logan, who was on bail at the time, is now facing murder charges. ....

An adorable Kelpie cross named Hermione is being hailed a hero in a very sad story after it helped track down the lost dog of a couple who were tragically killed by an alleged drug driver.
Jane Leadbetter, 31, and her partner Matthew Philip Field, 37, died when they were allegedly struck by a teenage driver in a stolen 4WD in Brisbane s Bayside area on Tuesday.
The couple had been taking their dog Frankie for a walk on Australia Day when the horrific incident unfolded.
Frankie fled the scene in the aftermath of the crash leading some locals to search well into the night, before continuing on with their hunt on Wednesday morning. ....

A teenager charged with murder after a couple walking their dog were hit and killed in a horror crash involving an allegedly stolen car at Alexandra Hills in Brisbane s east, was out on bail for driving offences.
The couple killed were a 37-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman who was understood to be six months pregnant, both from Alexandra Hills.
Police allege a 17-year-old Waterford West male, whose charges include two counts of murder and one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle (adversely affected by an intoxicating substance), was driving the stolen vehicle. ....
