Chefs and co-owners Jamie Barnes and Gregory Williams announced will open a restaurant in early 2021. The food truck component of the What the Fries brand will take a brief hiatus when the restaurant opens. It will be located in South Charlotte at 10707 Park Road, Suite R, with an intended seating capacity of 100 people. The 3,420-square foot space previously was a Cici’s Pizza. They will offer physically-distanced dine-in, carryout and digital payment options. ....
