It is easy to make and can be eaten throughout the week to save coin on lunches and dinners. It is also fantastic frozen and reheated for those busy days where takeaways are tempting, but the bank account won’t allow for it. For those like me who love a bit of meat, this dhal is delicious alongside some very inexpensive frozen sausages. Sounds weird, but trust me.
