15-year-old girl pleads guilty to killing dancer Kirvan Fortuin

Cape Town - A 15-year-old girl accused of stabbing dancer Kirvan Fortuin to death has pleaded guilty to his murder.
The girl, appeared in the Somerset West Regional court on Wednesday where she was sentenced to stay in a juvenile centre until the age of 21.
National Prosecuting Authority’s Eric Ntabazalila said: “She pleaded guilty to a charge of murder on 13 June 2020. She killed Kirvan Fortuin by stabbing him with a knife.
“The incident occurred in Macassar. A Probation Officer’s report was presented to the court. ....
