To keep CWD under control, Game and Fish conducts an annual study to see how the numbers are looking in our state, which experts say is crucial to knowing more about our infected deer population. Dr. Bahnson says that this year's study focused on southeast North Dakota, where they found no deer with the disease but that it still exists in other parts of ND, albeit in small amounts.
