We hope you will engage our authors as we hear from them how they were able to transcend biggest 3, fraud, racism, poverty and misery within the pages of our books. The shootings that took place in charleston opened up a deep wound of racism that still permeates the south, southern institutions and the fabric of our society. We we are charleston tragedy and triumph at the mother emanuel tell the story of people, people who had been continually beat down but also triumphed over the worst of adversity, exploring the stories of one of the oldest african episcopal churches looking at forgiveness and healing.
