well, we were the first state in the nation to pass and then i signed a bill a number of months ago saying that it was not permissible to virginia to mandate our citizens have to buy a product of health insurance. it was one of the bases of our claims in filing the lawsuit against the federal government. we re delighted that judge hudson ruled that the federal government s motion to dismiss was not proper and now the case will proceed on its merits in about two months. the bottom line is this, bill, that we don t think it s in the constitution to mandate that a sitten of the united states must buy a product or its service, in this case health shrnts, and if you don t, to be subject to a fine. that s not what our founders envisioned in the constitution and i think it s worth a fight. bill: you could almost break it down in even simpler terms. you re arguing that the federal government has overreached and the courts should stop it. is that the check of power you re looking fo
