The St. Charles Business Alliance recently named the St. Charles History Museum as the grand marshal for the 2023 Electric Christmas Parade, in honor of the celebration of the museum s 90th anniversary.
St. Charles alderpersons have given preliminary approval to the funding requests of the St. Charles History Museum and the St. Charles Business Alliance.
