Bow says he came out of the bar with a cup, when a Police Officer identified in the civil complaint as Victor Mcknight told him that is not allowed. The building, they tried to keep the fire contained to that first floor. The whole wing of the apartment is going to be affected because the fire did breach walls in the hallway so the Fire Companies had to do overhaul to make sure that the fire didnt spread to the other apartments. So were talking about eight apartments. Reporter eight apartments are uninhabitable. Restoration crews are already out here trying to repair and patch some of the broken doors and windows that were damaged during the firefighting effort. No cause known at this time. He was expected to return to class tomorrow.
