The River Falls City Council approved the Mayor’s reappointment of Brenda Gaulke to the Park and Recreation Advisory Board through May 2024 at the July 27 common council meeting. The council also heard from Baker Tilly on the 2020 audit results, the Kinnickinnic River Land Trust on a request for city assistance, approved a couple of no parking ordinances and a lease to the LLC doing business as The Garage Bikes + Brews.

The City of River Falls’ 2020 Audit was completed and presented by Baker Tilly at the July 27 council meeting. The audit presented no red flags and the council approved it. “The process went very smoothly,” stated the presenting auditor. “Everyone was very responsive and very prepared.” ....
