Episodul 3 Dosarul judiciar deschis pentru interzicerea civilă a lui Mihai Eminescu în 1883 (nr. 968/1883) se află la finele dosarului nr. 645/1889 în cadrul Manuscrisului 1568 aflat la Arhivele Naționale ale României, Serviciul Arhive Naționale Istorice Centrale (S.A.N.I.C.), Colecția manuscrise. Pe lângă copertă, conține doar patru documente (în total 7 file), însă din acestea rezultă faptul că dosarul inițial a mai cuprins și alte înscrisuri, astăzi pierdute. Din documentele păstrate în arhive nu rezultă dacă dosarul a fost vreodată închis. Începem publicarea cu dosarul din 1883, deși în dosarul de la Arhive primul este cel din 1889; din acest motiv, facsimilele sunt denumite cu numere de la 24 la 31 și nu începând cu 1. ....
