According to a criminal complaint, heagganbrown went to a bar with the victim and watched protests on television. The victim says he woke up to heagganbrown sexually assaulting him. Chief ed flynn held a News Conference yesterday and called the alleged actions appalling. This is extraordinarily disappointing.
