According to a criminal complaint, heagganbrown went to a bar with the victim and watched protests on television. The victim says he woke up to heagganbrown sexually assaulting him. Chief ed flynn held a News Conference yesterday and called the alleged actions appalling. This is extraordinarily disappointing. These are grave charges, these are charges that go to the heart of our code of conduct, go to our oath to protect and serve. Complaint, heagganbrown also paid money for sex and took explicit photos of another victim. He is being held on a 100,000 bond.
