淮安市某企业职工反映，从2015年9月到2019年12月期间的养老保险企业一直没有缴纳，长期欠缴让大家担心退休时会受到影响。“我们将组织劳动监察部门和税务部门来甄别，如是恶意欠缴将联合有关部门强制执行，保障职工权益。”淮安市人力资源和社会保障局局长曹曙春在现场连线时说，对于经营困难的企业，允许在政策范围内缓缴和按规定补缴基本养老保险费，既是对困难企业的帮扶，也保障职工权益不受损。
“人社部门出台政策措施来帮助企业，既能解决企业问题，又能保护职工权益，这是双赢。”戴元湖介绍，去年新冠肺炎疫情以来，我省通过“减免缓返补”等政策为企业减免社保费1400多亿元，真金白银地帮助企业共渡难关。今年以来，为了做好“六稳”“六保”，我省继续实施减负稳岗促就业的政策，包� ....
