Ithmaar Bank reports $22m net profit for 2022

Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, has reported a net profit of BD8.34 million ($22 million) for FY 2022 compared to a net profit of BD5.16 million ($13.6 million) the year before. This was mainly due to higher core income for the year.

Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, has reported a net profit of BD8.34 million ($22 million) for FY 2022 compared to a net profit of BD5.16 million ($13.6 million) the year before. This was mainly due to higher core income for the year.

Ithmaar posts $3 95m Q1 profit; operating income up 16pc

Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank Ithmaar has reported a net profit of BD1.502 million ($3.95 million) for Q1 compared to BD1.547 million ($4.07 million) in 2021. Its operating income surged by 16% to BD20.193 million ($53.2 million) over last year.

Bahrain s Ithmaar Bank swings to $4.2m Q1 net profit MANAMA, 4 days ago Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, has reported a net profit of BD1.6 million ($4.2 million) for the first three months, compared to a net loss of BD5.68 million ($14.9 million) for the same period last year.    Its total assets surged to hit BD3.31 billion ($8.7 billion), up 7 per cent over BD3.09 billion as of December 31, 2020.   Announcing the results for the three-month period ended March 31, Ithmaar Bank said its net profit attributable to equity holders stood at BD0.15 million compared to BD6.71 million net loss attributable to equity holders for the same period last year.
