Unsplash (KNSI) – Camping World Holdings is expanding its presence in Minnesota by announcing an agreement to acquire Hilmerson RV in Little Falls. According to a press release from Camping World, Hilmerson RV will transition to the Camping World brand early this summer. The location will be open for business, owned and operated by Hilmerson, until the deal closes, which will take place in the next 60 days. Camping World CEO and Chairman Marcus Lemonis says that in his almost 20 years in the camping business, the team at Hilmerson RV is “one of the strongest operations I’ve ever seen” and praised Hilmerson’s track record of “top-notch customer service for over 37 years.” ....
