A Vietnam Veterans Day ceremony on the courthouse lawn today held special significance for two of the county’s Circuit Court judges—Douglas L. Fleming Jr. and James E. Plowman Jr.
County supervisors last night approved $100,000 to support a cultural exchange program with sister city Canelones, Uruguay to benefit both localities’ wine industries.
