TINIAN — On May 1, 2023 the Tinian JROTC Stallion Battalion conducted a ceremony for its new leaders for the upcoming school year 2023-2024, and celebrated the 30th anniversary of
Joe Biden and Vice President-elect
Kamala Harris will also be in attendance to speak before new and returning CBC members who will take their ceremonial oath.
