Prime minister Stephen Harper who was in the building at time has been safely escorted out of there . Essentially if you have seen the pictures, its a beautiful picturesque place where essentially sits on a cliff area. There are a number of bridges in that area you could go on foot to these areas. They are keeping an eye on anybody would want to make a quick getaway in or out of the city. You do have the river, number of ridges that create access coming in and leaving that area.
