Is there some consensus within the party on what that Relief Package should look like . And who exactly is doing the negotiating for the republicans . It is becoming increasingly clear that republicans do not always speak the same language and sometimes there is no one directing the choir. Take the issue of stimulus checks. Some conservatives argue, yes, there are people in need and yes they deserve help. But that is not the role of the federal government. It is a minority position, for sure, but it is in fact a position of some conservatives. I think the better position is federal and state governments essentially took income and jobs and opportunities in an effort to control the pandemic. And by took, i mean under the takings clause of the constitution. Jobs, income, opportunity were taken in an effort to control the virus. And we understand why government too
