【明報專訊】經濟環境向好，商廈市場亦漸有改善。仲量聯行最新發表的《香港地產市場觀察》報告指出，8月整體寫字樓市場負吸納量持續減少，由7月負吸納量約8.9萬方呎，按月下跌88%至8月份的1.09萬方呎。該行指出，負吸納量減少主要是企業提升辦公室質素的需求，以及靈活工作空間市場擴張而大幅抵消。 ....
