Temps today will stay much lower than we have seen recently, all thanks to that marine influence, cloud cover, and critically a low-pressure system spinning to our north.
A mini heat wave is on its way on the Central Coast, especially for our inland areas. Triple-digit temps will be back in these areas through the weekend.
Looking ahead, the extended forecast stays quiet but that marine layer will continue to drop our temps across the region as we head into our work week.
There is a dense fig advisory in place for much of the Santa Barbara county coastlines from late this evening into Monday morning. Visibility will be limited so be cautious when diving at night.
