千龙网讯 6月26日，北京市石景山区刘娘府社区商街开街。据悉，刘娘府社区商街地处石景山区苹果园西山奥园小区，原为刘娘府安置房配套商业，小区规划户数3818户，安置房居民入住七年后配套商业仍不能交付，距离小区最近的超市也在1公里以上，对居民生活造成极大的影响。2019年11月，经区政府多次协调会，华美天祥接收刘娘府安置房配套商业，通过政府引导、市场化运作方式推进商街的改造和招商运营工作。商街总建筑面积约6000多平米，改造总投资1300多万元，包括室内水电、消防、商街外立面、地面铺装、景观小品等。
