Pg e is closely monitoring power lines and any trees that could knock them out. The entire bay area except San Francisco could be in the dark by the end of tonight. The first round of shutoffs are underway in parts of napa and sonoma counties. In less than an hour residents in marin could lose power and the shutoffs are expected to sweep across a large portion of the east bay and the peninsula. Strong offshore winds with low humidity values down to the Single Digits and teens. That is why we have dangerous fire conditions. We will see the wind easing in the lower elevations but still strong in the Higher Elevations. That is why there will be
