Creato entered a Camden County courtroom for sentencing in the 2015 death of his son threeyearold Brendan Creato of haddon township. Creato made a plea deal with prosecutors weeks before his second trial where was to start in december admitting to aggravated manslaughter. He said he deprived brendan of oxygen but didnt say how. He lied to the police. He lied to his parents. Worst of all he he lied to brendans mother who certainly had a right to know exactly what had happened to her son. Reporter a 14 minute video was played showing dozens of photos from brendans short life. It was silent. Court rules dont permit music. Now, the red cross is on scene to help those who have been displaced by this fire. I just spoke with the red cross director just a few moments ago and she tells me that some 37 people are without a home. However, many of them are being picked up by family and taken home. They are now working to provide some food and possible shelter for those that remain. Police in both jurisdictions are on the case working together to pinch the hate crime suspects, they say it was done in a spree wednesday morning. The graffiti was charged with the n word and some other stuff. That is indicative of neo nazi swastikas and other words that were spray painted in the multiple locations. Multiple locations here in valley township. With racial slurs, racial indicators of White Supremacy groups and nazi symbols. Nobody is in custody but police have recovered video they hope will prove helpful. They are not releasing the pictures or the race those in the headlights. But folks are demanding swift justice.
